Caniglia's Paintings Featured At Salmagundi Gallery NYC

My work has been selected for two upcoming exhibitions at Salmagundi Gallery in NYC. The “Figuratively Speaking” show opens on Thursday, February 28th, with the reception from 6-9pm in the main gallery. The second exhibition titled “Monotype & Printmaking” will open on February 28th with a reception on March 7, from 6-9pm.

My oil paintings “Fallen” and “Awaken” will be on display as well as my monoprint of “Waiting Beauty”. If you live in the NYC area or find yourself visiting please come by for the receptions or to see the latest exhibitions. Salmagundi Club was founded in 1871 as the Salmagundi Sketch Club. It has a rich tradition in figure and landscape drawing and painting.

Salmagundi has showcased some of America’s greatest figurative masters such as William Merritt Chase, George Inness, Howard Pyle, Norman Rockwell, and N.C. Wyeth. Winston Churchill was an honorary member. It is a special place with a beautiful permanent collection, library and ongoing exhibits.  Salmagundi is located at 47 Fifth Ave @ 12th Street, New York, NY.

Once again, I thank you for your support of my work.
Caniglia
