CoproGallery Caniglia Art

I would like to thank everyone who came out in support of my NYC exhibitions at Salmagundi Gallery this past week. Your e-mails, comments and feedback are always uplifting and helpful.

My next show will be in July on the west coast this time. I will be showing at CoproGallery in Santa Monica. The gallery opening will be on July 9 from 8:00-11:30pm. This show is going to be huge with a lot of amazing artists! My painting "The darkest point, where there is no path is where a future begins” from my (Tanks 4 Nothing series) will be featured in the exhibition.

Copro Gallery was founded in 1992 as an entity to curate art exhibitions of emerging artists. Copro Gallery also became a base for assisting and curating museum exhibitions which it continues to do. In 1994 owner Greg Escalante co-founded Juxtapoz magazine and the gallery participated with the magazine to curate, publicize and be a media sponsor of many events inside and outside of the gallery and further promote artists.

Focusing on museum quality installations showcasing emerging artists, Copro also exhibits many established and master painters. Placing works in museums and private collections throughout the world. It is a huge honor to exhibit my work with them. If you are in the area please come out to the show.

I also have another painting I completed this week that will be featured in a future exhibition. The title of this piece is “"Death plays with deafening silence, with no kings, sheep, or audience ...only the buzz of collapsing colonies and sweet notes of extinction". The painting is part of a series that will be shown at the Union for Contemporary Art this fall.

Once again thank you for collecting and supporting my artwork.
